feed back

I picked this up in Pret the other day. It's good because:

-It tells you exactly how they're going to act on your comments
-It tells you exactly when they're going to act on your comments
-It give another option for people who don't like filling feedback cards out.

I was quite happy with my Sausage Hot Pot so didn't fill it out or talk to them. Perhaps I should have let them know I was happy though, maybe that was the point. Next time.
