I've had this post in my head for a while now but not done anything about it (like countless other unwritten thoughts and blog posts)...
One of the best things brands (especially FMCG brands) can do in social media is very simply let people know the conversation is going on. Rather than hiding conversations away or just letting people stumble upon them randomly. There's a bit on the bottom right of every innocent smoothie label inviting our drinkers to call us on the banana phone, email us, visit our website (and more recently join our innocent family weekly email /follow us on facebook & twitter) or pop around to fruit towers for a visit. It's been there since 1999 when this photo was taken.
And each of those touch points is manned by a real life human being ready to say hello and have a conversation. It's just taking a service industry mentality to the FMCG industry in effect, and it tends works quite well, especially in this social day and age.
These companies mainly use pure leather to churn out some world class stuff in the form of jackets. Their products have been continued
